Main requirements
- Bachelor / Master of Economics / Finance
- Experience in the financial / investment sector from 1-2 years and/or experience in Brokerage.
- Knowledge of languages: Spanish, English at an advanced level
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Working with existing clients, assistance in solving their technical issues and others
- Improving the quality of customer service by implementation of best practices
- Monitoring the processing of client requests
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Introducing of high standards of customer service
- KYC process implementation
Salary: 1,800 euros net
