FREEDOM FINANCE: Customer Support Manager

Freedom Finance Europe, la plataforma tecnológica bróker que permite acceder a IPOs en el Nasdaq, está abriendo oficina de representación en España para la cual necesita incorporar próximamente una persona como Customer Support Manager en Madrid.

Main requirements

  • Bachelor / Master of Economics / Finance
  • Experience in the financial / investment sector from 1-2  years and/or experience in Brokerage.
  • Knowledge of languages:  Spanish, English at an advanced level

Main job duties and responsibilities:

  • Working with existing clients, assistance in solving their technical issues and others
  • Improving the quality of customer service by implementation of best practices
  • Monitoring the processing of client requests
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Introducing of high standards of customer service
  • KYC process implementation

 

Salary: 1,800 euros net
